Data Deletion Instructions

PresencePro is operated by Integrity Manages LLC (Alabama, USA). You can request deletion of your account and any data we hold about you — including data we received from Facebook or Instagram — using the options below.
Option 1 — Delete from inside the app
- Sign in to your PresencePro account.
- Go to Account → Brand → Facebook Pages and disconnect any connected Pages or Instagram accounts. This immediately revokes the stored access token.
- Go to Account → Settings and choose Delete account to remove your profile, brand data, drafts, and connected-account metadata.
Option 2 — Email request
Send an email to admin@integritymanages.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" from the email address tied to your PresencePro account. Include:
- The email address on your PresencePro account.
- (If applicable) The Facebook Page name or Instagram handle that was connected.
We will confirm receipt within 3 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your account, profile, and authentication identifiers.
- Brand data, prompts, generated drafts, and scheduled posts.
- Stored Facebook/Instagram access tokens and Page metadata.
- Billing identifiers we hold (your Stripe customer record may be retained per Stripe's policy for legal/tax purposes).
Backups and limited security/audit logs may persist for a short additional period before being overwritten in the normal course of operations.

You can also revoke PresencePro's access to your Meta account at any time:
Revoking from Facebook stops future API access. To also delete the data we previously received, follow Option 1 or 2 above.
