PresencePro is operated by Integrity Manages LLC (Alabama, USA). All subscription payments are final and non-refundable. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial billing periods, unused features, or accounts that are inactive after billing.

3-day free trial is your evaluation window

Every new subscription starts with a 3-day free trial. This is your opportunity to fully evaluate the Service before any charge is made. If PresencePro is not the right fit, simply cancel before the trial ends and you will not be billed.

How to cancel before the trial ends

  1. Sign in to your PresencePro account.
  2. Go to Account → Billing.
  3. Click Cancel subscription.

Cancellation is immediate and prevents the upcoming charge. You will retain access through the end of the current trial period.

Canceling after billing

You may cancel a paid subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; you will keep access until the end of the current billing period. The most recent charge is not refunded.

Exceptions

We will issue a refund where required by applicable law (for example, certain consumer-protection statutes). If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days at admin@integritymanages.com and we will investigate.
