Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

PresencePro is operated by Integrity Manages LLC, an Alabama limited liability company ("PresencePro", "we", "us", or "our"). PresencePro provides an AI-powered content studio that helps creators plan, generate, and publish social media content. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using PresencePro you agree to the practices described below.

2. Information we collect

• Account information. Name, email address, and authentication identifiers when you sign up or sign in (including via Google).
• Brand & content data. Niche, audience, offers, tone, sample content, prompts, generated drafts, and scheduled posts you create within the studio.
• Connected social accounts. When you connect a Facebook Page or Instagram account, we receive your profile name, profile picture, page IDs, and access tokens scoped to the permissions you grant (e.g. pages_show_list, pages_read_engagement, pages_manage_posts, business_management).
• Usage data. Basic logs (timestamps, IP address, device/browser, pages visited) needed to operate and secure the service.

3. How we use information

• Provide, maintain, and improve the PresencePro studio.
• Generate content drafts using AI models on your behalf, using the brand and prompt data you provide.
• Publish content to your connected Facebook Pages or Instagram accounts when you explicitly request it.
• Authenticate users, prevent abuse, and secure the service.
• Communicate with you about your account, security, and updates.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your content to train third-party advertising models.

4. Facebook & Instagram data

When you connect a Meta account, we use the Facebook Login and Graph API solely to:

• List the Pages you manage so you can choose where to publish.
• Read basic Page metadata (name, picture, ID) for display.
• Publish posts to a Page when you click "Publish" inside PresencePro.

Access tokens are stored encrypted at rest in our backend and are only used to perform the actions you initiate. You can disconnect a Page at any time from Account → Brand → Facebook Pages, which removes the stored token. You can also revoke PresencePro from Facebook Settings → Business Integrations.

5. How we share information

We share data only with service providers that help us run PresencePro, under contracts that require them to protect your information:

• Cloud hosting and database (Lovable Cloud / Supabase).
• AI model providers used to generate drafts on your behalf.
• Meta (Facebook/Instagram) when you publish content.
• Authentication providers (e.g. Google) when you choose to use them.
• Stripe for subscription billing and payment processing.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or property of PresencePro or its users.

6. Data retention

We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. Generated drafts, brand profile, and connected-account tokens are retained until you delete them or close your account. Server logs are retained for a limited period for security and debugging.

7. Your rights & choices

• Access, correct, or delete your account data.
• Disconnect any social account from inside PresencePro.
• Request deletion of all your data by emailing us at the address below. We will respond within 30 days.

California residents have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know, delete, and opt out of the "sale" of personal information (we do not sell personal information). Contact us using the details below to exercise these rights.

For Meta data deletion specifically, you can submit a request by visiting our Data Deletion Instructions page or emailing the address below with the subject line "Meta Data Deletion Request". We will remove the associated tokens and stored Page metadata.

8. Security

We use industry-standard measures including TLS in transit, encryption at rest, row-level security on our database, and least-privilege access controls. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.

9. Children

PresencePro is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. International users

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. We rely on appropriate safeguards for international transfers consistent with applicable law.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
