Terms of Service

1. Who we are

PresencePro is operated by Integrity Manages LLC, an Alabama limited liability company ("PresencePro", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PresencePro website, app, and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and capable of entering a binding contract to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to bind that business to these Terms.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at admin@integritymanages.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Free trial & billing

  • New users may be offered a 3-day free trial. The trial begins when you start it and ends 72 hours later.
  • If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin and the payment method on file will be charged the then-current price.
  • Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period until canceled. You can cancel at any time from inside the app under Account → Billing.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing you also agree to Stripe's terms.

5. Refunds

All purchases are final and non-refundable. The 3-day free trial is your opportunity to evaluate the Service before any charge. See our Refund Policy for details.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to send spam, harass, defame, or harm others.
  • Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation.
  • Generate or publish content that is illegal, infringing, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, or violates platform policies (including Meta's Community Standards).
  • Attempt to scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Service or its underlying providers (including Meta's Graph API).
  • Use the Service to violate any third-party rights or applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

7. AI-generated content

The Service uses third-party AI models to generate drafts based on inputs you provide. You own the content you input and, as between you and us, you own the AI-generated outputs you create for your own use, subject to the limits below.

  • AI outputs may be inaccurate, generic, or similar to outputs produced for other users. You are responsible for reviewing content before publishing.
  • Underlying playbooks, prompts, frameworks, templates, and other proprietary materials provided by PresencePro or Coach Dime remain the intellectual property of PresencePro and may not be redistributed or resold.
  • You grant us a limited license to process your inputs and outputs solely to operate, secure, and improve the Service.

8. Connected social accounts

When you connect a Facebook Page or Instagram account, you authorize PresencePro to use Meta's APIs on your behalf only for the actions you initiate (listing Pages, reading basic metadata, publishing posts). Your use of those platforms is also governed by Meta's terms. You may disconnect at any time, which revokes the stored access token.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we are required to by law. On termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately; sections that by their nature should survive (ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, governing law) will survive.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee any specific business, follower, or revenue results from using the Service.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Integrity Manages LLC and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising out of your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim or (b) USD $100.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Integrity Manages LLC from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Alabama for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in the app or by email. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
